Digital Product Refund Policy

My Royal Market sells instant-download digital products. Because digital files and access links are delivered immediately after purchase, orders are generally final once the product has been delivered.

If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description, contact us within 7 days and we will provide a working replacement, updated access, or a refund where appropriate.

Refunds are not offered for accidental purchases, duplicate downloads after successful delivery, or change-of-mind requests after access has been provided.
