My Royal Market supplies custom software services digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery method

Completed projects are delivered through a secure digital method agreed with the customer. A typical delivery includes an installable ZIP or source archive, setup documentation and a test summary.

Delivery timing

The target delivery date is stated in the written project scope. The period begins after the scope is accepted and all required information and authorised access are available. Customer-requested changes or delayed access may move the delivery date.

Installation

Remote installation is included only when stated in the package or project scope. Customers should maintain a current backup and, where possible, provide a staging environment before installation.
